Dimensions have appointed PCB as Sole Provider for their national Permanent Recruitment Campaign, as advertised in Community Care recently.
PCB's brief is to recruit nationally for experienced Care Managers who can lead by example and have a person centered work focus. PCB SWIMMING TEAM ACHIEVE LONDON'S GREAT BRITISH SWIM AND EXCEED THEIR CHARITY TARGET
Personnel & Care Bank staff attacked the cold, muddy waters of the Thames for a 1 mile swim at the large Royal Victoria Dock on Saturday to raise money for their chosen charities Diabetes UK and NACOA (National Association of Children of Alcoholics).
38 year old, 7 months pregnant Janine Desmond, PCB's Managing Director who committed to the event 5 months ago set a fast time of 1hr 2 minutes, with the rest of the team ranging from 25 year olds to 58 year old founder of PCB Rosalind Payne coming in close behind.
“We are proud to be part of this great London open water event, joining 3,500 people swimming for fun and charity” said Janine PCB’s Managing Director “it is a tremendous personal and team building occasion and even more satisfying to surpass our target of £4,500 for our two worthy charities.”

Members of staff at social care and childcare recruitment specialists, Personnel & Care Bank (PCB) were treated to a 'behind-the-scenes' look at the making of a television show, by Lee McQueen, the 2008 winner of "The Apprentice." and the key note speaker at the 2011 PCB Motivational Conference.

NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL APPOINTS PCB AS PREFERRED PROVIDER UNTIL 2015
PCB social care team have been re-awarded Nottinghamshire County Council ‘Temporary Agency Care Staff for Adult and Children’s Services’. “The team are delighted to be chosen again to provide their high quality staff to NCC. This shows NCC’s complete confidence in our staff, services and review processes” says Niki Alvarez, PCB’s National Account Manager.
PCB’s Social Care Team have been supporting Nottingham’s vulnerable community for the past 11 years and this contract will increase their need for skilled staff giving good quality local employment to care managers, support workers, social workers and care assistants.

It is estimated that by the time today's learners reach the age of 38, they will have had 14 different jobs.
